We have a vast library of links to organisations, support networks, NHS CAMHS guides. Some guides are available to download but as with everything APCAM are here to support you and your child, contact us for specific direction to help that we might be able to provide you and your family.

Your first point of call if you are concerned about the mental health and wellbeing of your child should be to your GP. Your GP will then if they deem it necessary complete a referral to CAMHS – CAMHS provide clinical support services to children and young people in mental health need, they can also refer on for further counselling and where necessary can prescribe medications needed.

We have listed a range of local (to Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds) and national support services whom may be of help. However as we have said above, your first call should be to your own GP or NHS Mental Health Services
